Return Process:

  1. Please send an email to luminoteethbrand@gmail.com along with a photo of the products you are returning.
  2. Once approved, we will provide you with a return merchandise authorization number and mailing information.
  3. Ensure your return is well packaged and meets all the conditions outlined below.
  4. Clearly mark your order number on the outer packaging of your parcel.
  5. Use an insured, trackable delivery service to ensure your parcel reaches us safely.
  6. Send a follow-up email with your tracking information to luminoteethbrand@gmail.com.

Please note: All sale items and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

  • All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • We are not responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Please ensure all returned items are well packaged to avoid damage during shipping.
  • Use a trackable, insured service for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
  • Returns must be pre-approved - unauthorized returns will not be processed.

To qualify for our money-back guarantee:

  1. Take a photo of your teeth before using the product, including a picture of the unopened product and any included guides (if applicable).
  2. After completing the product use as directed, take a photo of your teeth and the used product, with any included guides visible.
  3. Email the before and after photos along with details to luminoteethbrand@gmail.com.
  4. Your application will be reviewed and processed within 3 business days of submission.

Important Terms:

  • Applications must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product and must include valid date and time stamps.
  • Refund amounts will be determined based on the evidence provided, with a minimum partial refund of 25%.
  • We reserve the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the criteria or lack sufficient evidence.
  • All refund approvals are at the final discretion of management.

Damaged Items:

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at luminoteethbrand@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will process a replacement for damaged items.

In cases where alternative resolution is requested, approval from management will be required before processing.


Prices, Payment, and Product Availability:

  • Payment is required at the time of order. We will not ship any products until payment is received.
  • Shipping and handling costs are not included in the product price unless otherwise stated.
  • Ensure the accuracy of your order before purchase - we are not responsible for mistakenly purchased products.
  • LuminoTeeth reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to technical issues, incorrect pricing, or incomplete billing/shipping information.
  • If an order is canceled, we will notify you and issue a refund for any payments received.
