What are the LuminoTeeth™ Signature Powders?
Our Signature Powders are our flagship product, featuring two specialized formulas in one set: Simply White (Blue Jar) for deep whitening and stain removal using PAP+ technology combined with nano-hydroxyapatite, and Simply Purple (Purple Jar) for instant brightening by neutralizing yellow tones. Both powders are peroxide-free and can be used together or separately based on your whitening goals.
What other products do you offer?
Beyond our powders, we offer a complete oral care system including Hydroxyapatite Toothpaste for daily remineralization, V34 Serum & Whitening Serum for targeted treatments, Probiotic Oral Spray for oral microbiome health and fresh breath, Glow Toothbrush specially designed to work with our powders, and Plaque Remover for at-home dental care. Which product is right for me?
For quick results, choose Brightening Powder or the Purple jar from our Signature Powders. For deep whitening, choose Whitening Powder or the Blue jar from our Signature Powders. For a complete routine, try Signature Powders + Hydroxyapatite Toothpaste. If you have sensitive teeth, start with Hydroxyapatite Toothpaste, then add Whitening Powder gradually. USAGE & RESULTS
How long does it take to see whitening results?
Simply Purple provides instant brightness after first use. Simply White and our Whitening Powder show noticeable results within 2-3 weeks with consistent use. For optimal results, use 5-6 times per week consistently.
How often should I use the whitening products?
For best results, use 5-6 times per week. If you're new to whitening, start with 3-4 times per week to allow your teeth to adjust, then gradually increase. For maintenance once you've achieved your desired level of whiteness, reduce to 3 times per week. Our Hydroxyapatite Toothpaste can be used twice daily as your regular toothpaste.
Can I use the powders with an electric toothbrush?
Yes! Our powders work perfectly with both manual and electric toothbrushes. Simply dip your dampened brush bristles into the powder and brush as you normally would for 2 minutes.
How long does one jar last?
Individual Powder (15g) lasts 4-6 weeks with regular use (4-5 times per week). Signature Powders Set lasts 8-12 weeks when alternating between both formulas. Hydroxyapatite Toothpaste lasts 2-3 months with twice-daily use. A little goes a long way—you only need enough to lightly coat your brush bristles!

How long does shipping take?
Orders typically arrive within 8-12 business days. We recommend ordering before you run out to ensure you can maintain your whitening routine without interruption!
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified before they ship. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it. Please contact customer service immediately if you need to make changes to your order.
My package was marked as delivered, but I never received it. What should I do?
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please first check with neighbors, household members, and around your property (porches, mailrooms, etc.). Contact us with your order number and proof of delivery, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue. Resolution options are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery. If you're not seeing results after consistent use, contact us with your order number and documentation showing proper usage (photos, usage log, etc.). We'll review your case and may offer a partial refund starting at 25% based on the circumstances. All sale and promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
What if my item arrived damaged?
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will process a replacement for you at no additional cost. Please do not discard the damaged item until we've reviewed your case.
Can I return opened products?
Due to the nature of our oral care products, we cannot accept returns of opened items for hygiene reasons. However, if you're experiencing issues with the product or not seeing results after 30 days of consistent use, please reach out to our customer service team to discuss your options.
SAFETY & SENSITIVITY
Are your products safe for sensitive teeth?
Yes! All our products are specially formulated to minimize sensitivity. We use PAP+ technology instead of harsh peroxides, and nano-hydroxyapatite actually strengthens and remineralizes enamel. Our formulas are dentist-developed with sensitivity in mind. If you have naturally sensitive teeth, start with 1-2 uses per week and gradually increase as your teeth adjust.
What is PAP+ and why is it better than peroxide?
PAP+ (Phthalimidoperoxycaproic Acid) is a modern whitening agent that effectively removes stains without damaging enamel, causes significantly less sensitivity than peroxide, works at a neutral pH level, provides gradual natural-looking results, and can be used more frequently without harm. Unlike peroxide-based products, PAP+ doesn't weaken enamel or increase tooth sensitivity.
Is it safe to use your products daily?
Our Hydroxyapatite Toothpaste is designed for daily use (twice per day). Our whitening and brightening powders are gentle enough for frequent use, but we recommend 5-6 times per week rather than daily use for best results. Daily use isn't necessary and could lead to increased sensitivity over time.
Can I use these products if I'm pregnant or nursing?
While our products use safe, peroxide-free formulas, we always recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before starting any new oral care routine during pregnancy or while nursing.
Are your products safe for enamel?
Absolutely. Our products are designed to strengthen enamel, not weaken it. Nano-hydroxyapatite actively remineralizes and repairs microscopic damage, PAP+ whitening works without eroding enamel like peroxide can, and our gentle formulation provides effective results without harsh abrasives. Many customers report their teeth feel stronger and smoother after consistent use.
DENTAL WORK & SPECIAL CASES
Can I use your products with veneers, crowns, or dental work?
Our whitening products are designed for natural teeth only and will not change the color of composite veneers, porcelain veneers, crowns, bridges, bonding, or fillings. The products are safe to use around dental work but will only whiten your natural teeth. If you have extensive dental work, please consult your dentist before use.
Can teenagers use your products?
Our products are safe for ages 16 and up. For younger teenagers (13-15), we recommend consulting with a dentist first, as enamel continues developing through the teen years.

What are the main active ingredients?
Our products feature PAP+ (Phthalimidoperoxycaproic Acid) for safe effective whitening, Nano-Hydroxyapatite to remineralize and strengthen enamel, natural polishing agents to gently lift surface stains, calcium carbonate as a mild enamel-safe abrasive, and probiotics (in our oral spray) to support healthy oral microbiome. All our formulas are peroxide-free, vegan, cruelty-free, and made without harsh chemicals.
Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes! All LuminoTeeth™ products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never test on animals and use only plant-based and mineral ingredients.
STORAGE & SHELF LIFE
How should I store my products?
Store all LuminoTeeth™ products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, with lids tightly sealed to prevent moisture, away from extreme heat or cold, and out of reach of children. Proper storage ensures your products maintain their effectiveness throughout their lifespan.
Do your products expire?
Our products have a shelf life of 24 months unopened. Once opened, we recommend using within 12 months for optimal freshness and effectiveness. Always check the packaging for specific batch information.
TROUBLESHOOTING
What if I'm not seeing results?
If you're not seeing the results you expected after consistent use, ensure you're using the product 5-6 times per week, give it time as natural whitening takes 2-3 weeks minimum, check your technique by brushing for a full 2 minutes covering all surfaces, and consider your diet as coffee, tea, and wine can slow progress. If you've been using the product consistently for 30 days without improvement, please contact our customer service team with documentation of your usage.
